 Craig Coombes the British champion powerlifter competed at the World Powerlifting Championships in Bournemouth and achieved VICTORY once again.
These are the words from Craig .Thanks again for your support in helping me win the Worlds.
My lifts were slightly down on my bests but that is the nature of the international competition it is tactical and I did enough to win without risking bombing out.
SQUAT - 425kg
BENCH - 300kg
DEAD LIFT - 310kg
TOTAL - 1035KG
Gold medal in the 110kg class and third overall best lifter of the event. Onwards and upwards to next year now. I am back in the gym tonight and am going to put a lot of time into raising my bench to try and smash some records at Bodypower at the NEC in 2010

 Jason Corrick competed in the NABBA Universe on Saturday 24th October at Southport Theatre & Convention Centre
Jason came 2nd in the Mr Universe and looked AWESOME.
Many would say he should have placed 1st
