Creatine is essential in the development and promotion of ATP (Adenosine Tri-Phosphate) within your muscle cells. When you take Creatine on a regular basis, muscle cells obtain very high levels of ATP, consequently you will notice that your physique becomes, harder, bigger and stronger, so
adding supplemental amounts to your diet will raise your own levels significantly to help increase muscle size, strength, power and energy levels during intensive exercise. Creatine also promotes muscle regeneration and recovery after exercise.
Note: Larger amounts of caffeine defeats the ergogenic effects of creatine. Small amounts of caffeine does not appear to have a negative influence on the effects of creatine.
 

Suggested Use: 
Loading Phase: Dissolve 5g in 500ml of water or fruit juice 4 times per day for 5 days. Consume immediately
Maintenance Phase: Dissolve 5g in 500ml of water or fruit juice once per day. Consume Immediately

It is essential to drink plenty of water whilst taking Creatine.
Creatine should not be taken for more than 8 weeks at a time and it is recommended that you take a break of 4 weeks before using again.
